We also source architects who share our vision and are open minded to the new ideas we bring. And, of course, builders who have a proven track record and are able to realise projects to budget and on time.

Blackseavillas.net are a well established coastal estate agency in Bulgaria. They have on the ground modern offices and young, well trained and English speaking staff who are well able to look after clients visiting our projects and process legal paperwork.
